Refund policy

Return/Exchanges 

You may exchange your print if you received the wrong print or size to the one you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep original packaging and mailer to send the incorrect print back to us.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@pemberleypets.com.au with your order number and photos of the incorrect product. If your return is accepted, please keep a receipt of your return shipping and we will reimburse this cost back to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
We will happily replace your artwork free of charge if your print arrives damaged. Please send us an email at hello@pemberleypets.com.au along with your order number and photos of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the order. 


Change of mind 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. Please check carefully that you are purchasing the correct product or prints to avoid any disappointment.
